Corprasoft will investigate and attempt to resolve complaints and disputes regarding use and disclosure of Personal Information originating from the EU in accordance with the principles contained in this Privacy Policy. For complaints that cannot be resolved between Corprasoft and the complainant, Corprasoft has agreed to binding arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association as well as the Safe Harbour Enforcement Principle. The exclusive location for such arbitration shall be Dallas, Texas.
